Dates:             Sunday, June 20, to Saturday, June 26, 2010

Location:        The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.

Cost:               $975, which includes room and board

-  deposit of $300 due by May 1st; balance due by June 1st

-  5% program discount if fees paid in full by May 1st

- limited need-based scholarships available

Travel:            Families are responsible for student’s travel to/from program; YCL will  provide ground transportation from/to Washington-Dulles Airport (IAD) and Baltimore-Washington Airport (BWI)

Eligibility:

- Students in Grades 9-12 (parochial, private, public, or home school)

-  Program aimed at Catholic students, but interested non-Catholic, Christian students may apply

-  GPA must be 3.0 and above

-  Proper behavior, respect, attitude, and comportment expected

Pope John Paul II Academy, a Catholic independent school in Lafayette, Louisiana, has been chosen as the site for YCL’s first on-site model congress.  YCL staff will lead PJPA students through a week-long model congress simulation, which is very similar to the Washington Week experience.
